SENATE BILL NO. 93 "An Act relating to limitations on actions to                                    
quiet title to, eject a person from, or recover real property or the                                
possession of it; and providing for an effective date" was read the                                 
second time.                                                                                        
                                                                                                    
Senator Seekins, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                   
adoption of the Judiciary Committee Substitute offered on page 1199.                                
Senator Taylor objected. Senator Seekins moved and asked unanimous                                  
consent to withdraw his motion to adopt the Judiciary Committee                                     
Substitute. Without objection, it was so ordered.                                                   
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that                                          
SENATE BILL NO. 93 be returned to the Rules Committee. Senator                                      
Ellis objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further                                 
objections, SENATE BILL NO. 93 was returned to the Rules                                            
Committee.
